Join the wave!
Congratulations! You’re now part of the Water Rangers community—a global movement of people protecting our waterways. Every drop makes the ocean, and your actions matter. Let’s dive deeper and keep the momentum going!
What is a Water Ranger?
Water Rangers are:
- Wide-eyed & optimistic: Open and positive about the work ahead.
- Boundlessly curious: Lifelong learners with inquiring minds.
- Better together: Working with each other to reach our goals.
- Head & heart strong: Stepping up to do what needs to be done.
- Forward thinkers: Imagining a better world together.
Now that you’re a Water Ranger, you’re part of a movement creating real change for our waterways. Let’s keep moving forward!
How can I get involved?
You don’t need fancy tools to start making a difference. Your eyes are your best tool! Here are some simple ways to observe and take action:
- Look at the water and shoreline: Are there any changes or unusual things?
- Observe animals, plants, and fish: What do you see?
- Check the water level: Does it seem low, normal, or high?
Want to take it further? Explore our data platform and find your local water body on the map. If there’s already a group monitoring near you, join them! If not, organize with your friends, classmates, or community to start your own group—you can even raise funds for a Water Rangers testkit to kickstart your work!
