Water Rangers is working to ensure your orders arrive on time

We understand how frustrating delivery delays can be—especially if you’re waiting on a much-anticipated order. As a small social enterprise, Water Rangers is committed to keeping your orders on track, even during the current postal strike. Just like during last year’s disruption, we’ve put a plan in place to ensure reliable shipping.

While Canada Post typically handles most shipments, we’ve partnered with private carriers like UPS, Canpar, DHL, and FedEx to avoid delays. These trusted carriers allow us to keep your deliveries running smoothly.

Shipping Options at Checkout

When placing your order, you can select the shipping level that works best for you. These will appear as Canada Post options, but your package will be shipped by a private carrier offering similar delivery times:

  • $5 Flat Rate or Free Shipping: 5–7 business days (Regular Parcel standard)
  • Expedited Shipping: Arrives faster—within a few business days
  • Express Shipping: Delivered as quickly as possible using premium carriers

Once you choose your preferred option, we’ll handle packaging and transfer to the appropriate carrier. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days to assemble your order prior to shipping for most orders.

Why Choose Private Carriers?

Private carriers aren’t affected by the strike and provide dependable service across Canada and internationally. With detailed tracking and responsive support teams, your order stays visible every step of the way.

A Quick Note on PO Boxes

In general, private carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you need to send something to a PO box and are not using Canada Post, you’ll need to provide an alternative street address for delivery.
