Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship to locations across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. If you’re outside these regions, please contact us for rates and timelines. Typically, small orders ship within 2-3 business days of being received. In the case of large orders or those with customized logos, we aim to ship within 5 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you to update you!

Our normal shipping and order processing days are Monday through Friday. No orders are processed on weekends or during major holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number from either Canada Post (Canada and the USA) or Royal Mail (United Kingdom).

Canada

Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD

Our free shipping rate applies to orders over $150 before taxes, sent via Canada Post. Orders under $150 sent Regular Post within Canada are $5 flat rate. Should you require express shipping, please contact us at testkits@waterrangers.ca or +1-855-484-1584 ext 0 to arrange for this service. Additional fees will apply.

UK

Free shipping on orders over £100GBP

Our free shipping rate applies to orders placed in our UK Store. It applies to orders over £100 and is sent via Royal Mail within the UK. Orders under £100 sent using Standard Post within the UK are £5 flat rate.

USA

Shipping to the USA from Canada

  • All our USA orders are shipped from Canada.
  • Orders to the USA in 2024 are duty-exempt up to $800 USD (subject to change). More information can be found here.
  • Orders shipped outside Canada are not charged Canadian taxes but are potentially subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees (orders over that $800 USD amount). Water Rangers does not estimate customs fees.
  • A customs invoice arrives with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying any additional fees.
  • Check with your local customs office for more information.

International

Shipping to USA and international

  • If you are in another country, you will not be able to view our shop items directly. If you’d like to purchase some of our products, contact us for an estimate, including how long shipping will take.
  • Orders shipped outside Canada/UK are not charged VAT, but are potentially subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees. Water Rangers does not estimate customs fees.
  • A customs invoice arrives with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.

  • Orders to certain countries are duty exempt up to a certain value. More info can be found here.
